Moneyville: Fun Learning for Girls
Moneyville offers fun, interactive ways for girls to learn and helps Girl Scouts earn badges online. To keep track of enrollments, progress, and rewards, it’s important to understand how accounts work on Moneyville.
Managing Multiple Accounts with One Email
Multiple accounts can share the same email address and password. If you're registering an entire troop, it's best for each family to use their own email and create individual accounts.
Account Types
When creating or adding an account under your email, you’ll choose from two types:
Guardian Account – This account is for parents or guardians to manage their child's progress.
Learner Account – This account is for the learner, where they can access courses and workshops.
Guardian Account
Guardian accounts allow you to manage enrollments for all linked Learner accounts. You can view workshop progress and even transfer enrollments between accounts, as long as they haven't started.
Learner Account
Each learner should have their own Learner account. This ensures that all work and badge progress is tied to the right person. For council-sponsored events, councils can also track individual progress and badge completion.
Best Practice
The best setup is to have at least one Guardian account linked to separate Learner accounts for each learner in the household.
