Outdoor Art Assemblage Workshop
Description
Build an assemblage project and earn the Cadette Outdoor Art badge! Participants will gather items from the outdoors to create art from nature. Using found materials, Girl Scouts will construct a bird’s nest.
Girl Scouts will join our friends from the Scribble Art Studio to complete this project virtually. This workshop will be led by Ms. Paige from Scribble Art Studio. Ms. Chrissy from our team will join him! Ms. Paige will share stories with Girl Scout participants as they complete art projects in a calm environment.
Girl Scouts will need the following supplies:
Small Box (an empty Altoids box/tuna can/small gift box will do)
Fake Bird (Amazon or Michael’s are great resources)
Box Decor (gems, pebbles, small branches from outside, yarn, any materials to create a nest for a bird)
Hot Glue or Elmer’s Glue
The badge will need to be purchased separately; however, each Girl Scout will be mailed our NEW Moneyville patch! This is a virtual workshop, Girl Scouts will join us using Zoom.
