Excellent Entrepreneur Course

DIGITAL COURSE - BROWNIES CAN EARN: BUDDING ENTREPRENEUR

By completing this course, participants will learn how to think like an entrepreneur! It is important for young people to learn how to think like an entrepreneur because it fosters independence, creativity, and resilience - essential skills for navigating both personal and professional challenges. Entrepreneurial thinking also empowers young people to identify opportunities, solve problems, and confidently pursue their ambitions.

Participants will explore what it would feel like to start their own business! During this virtual course, participants will watch instructional videos led by VicTreeFi’s founder, Chrissy. Chrissy is a tech entrepreneur and she provides real-life examples to aid in course completion. Participants will learn how to develop a business idea, share and receive feedback about the idea, and pitch the idea. Final pitches are submitted to the VicTreeFi team using a link within the course and each participant will receive a pitch review by a member of the VicTreeFi team.

Brownie Girl Scouts can use this course to complete the Budding Entrepreneur badge! Purchase the physical badge from your council.

This course will take approximately one hour to complete. If you need to pause the course at any time, your Girl Scout's progress will be saved.
